Level Switch Working Principle:
The basic operating principle of the ELM Series level switches is based on the movement of a magnetic float. As the liquid level rises or falls, the float moves accordingly, and the magnet inside aligns with the reed sensor inside the tube, opening or closing the electrical circuit. This mechanism detects level changes quickly and precisely. When the float moves away from the sensor, the circuit returns to its original position, and the signals can be processed through a relay circuit.
