Stainless Swing Check Valve Working Principle
Swing check valve opens in the direction of flow, allowing flow, and in case of reverse flow, it automatically closes and prevents backflow. When the flow starts, the disc inside lifts up and allows the flow to pass. When the flow stops or reverses, the float protects the system by settling into its housing under the influence of gravity and system pressure. In this way, pumps, pipelines and equipment are not damaged by backflow.
