"Actuator Mountable Three-Piece Flanged Stainless Steel Ball Valve
Ball valves feature a structure characterized by a sphere that provides functionality. The 90° rotation of the sphere allows for a transition from fully open to fully closed. Therefore, ball valves are primarily preferred in applications requiring rapid opening and closing or multiple opening and closing cycles.
Ball valves offer a number of advantages, including low pressure loss, easy opening and closing, high sealing performance, and a lightweight and compact design.
Sealing is carried out in two stages between the ball and the shaft, thus ensuring an effective seal.
Three-piece flanged stainless steel ball valves with actuator mountable prove their resistance to 10 bar pressure under water by subjecting them to 100% air testing in open and closed positions.
