The Suntec Fuel Oil Pump, which we sell as ORFA Industrial Products Industry and Trade Inc. , is an ideal solution for medium-capacity oil burners between 400 and 3000 kW. This pump includes a pressure-regulating valve and is available with or without a shut-off function. The Suntec J oil pump stands out for its high performance and durability.
Working Principle
The Suntec Fuel Oil Pump draws oil from the tank through its built-in filter and transfers it to the nozzle line, where it is pumped through a pressure-regulating valve. In a two-pipe system, any oil not passing through the nozzle line is discharged through the valve into the return line. In a single-pipe system, it is discharged back into the suction port on the gear train. In this case, the bypass plug must be removed from the return port, and the return port must be sealed with a steel plug and washer.
Product Features
Pressure Regulating Valve: The Suntec Fuel-Oil Fuel Pump has a valve that regulates the oil pressure so that the correct amount of oil is pressed into the nozzle line.
Cut-Off Function: The cut-off function on Models 1000 and 1001 opens and closes the valve when the gear train speed reaches a certain value. This ensures safe and efficient operation of the burners.
Ventilation: Automatic ventilation is provided in two-pipe systems, while ventilation can be provided by opening the pressure port in single-pipe systems.
Compatibility: Can be used in one or two-pipe systems and is usually associated with in-line solenoid valves.
