Temperature Control Devices Technical Specifications
Supply Voltage: Our devices provide flexibility for all types of industrial installations by offering wide-range voltage compatibility (100-240Vac/dc: +10% ~ 15% or 24Vac/dc: +10% ~ 20%). With a total power of 6W, they offer efficiency with low energy consumption.
Wide Sensor Compatibility: Our temperature controllers are compatible with thermocouples type B, E, J, K, L, N, R, S, T, and U, and thanks to the universal sensor input (S1), they provide measurement over a wide temperature range with a variety of sensors. Additionally, they are fully compatible with resistance thermometers such as PT100s and current and voltage sensors such as 4-20mA two-wire transmitters.
Transmitter Supply: 24Vdc transmitter supply capacity (Isc = 30mA) provides precise and reliable signal transfer, thus ensuring uninterrupted measurement processes.
Relay Outputs and Durability: The temperature controllers have four relay outputs (R1, R2, R3, R4) capable of carrying a 5A (resistive) load at 250Vac. Each relay provides reliable switching performance for up to 20,000 no-load cycles and up to 10,000 loaded cycles.
Advanced Accuracy and Fast Response: While it provides reliable measurement with an accuracy rate of ±0.2%, the sampling period is only 100ms and it intervenes immediately in instantaneous changes with its fast response.
Environmental Durability: Our devices offer stable performance even in harsh environmental conditions with a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +65°C. Storage temperatures range from -40°C to +85°C. The IP20 enclosure protects the device against external factors and ensures long-lasting use.
