A Mini Electric Actuated Valve is a compact valve designed to control fluid flow. It operates using an actuator that converts electrical energy into mechanical motion. This operating principle allows the valve to open and close fluid flow in a pipeline. The valve's basic components include the actuator, valve body, ball (spherical element), sealing system, and control electronics.

The Role of the Electric Motor and Actuator
The basic operating principle of this valve is based on the conversion of energy provided by an electric motor into mechanical motion through an actuator. When the electric motor is activated, the motor's rotary motion is transmitted to the actuator. This motion causes the ball-shaped element inside the valve to rotate. Valve Mechanism Operation
The spherical element inside the valve contains a hole (port) to allow fluid flow. When the electric motor activates the actuator, the spherical element rotates on its axis. This rotation aligns the hole in the spherical element with the pipeline, allowing fluid flow. When the spherical element rotates 90 degrees, the hole is perpendicular to the pipeline, shutting off fluid flow. Thus, the valve opens and closes.

Sliding Seal Structure and Sealing

This seal system prevents fluid leakage by sealing the gaps between the ball and the valve body when the valve is closed.
