Mini Electric Actuated Valve Working Principle
Mini Electric Actuated Valve is a compact valve designed to control liquid flow and works with the help of an actuator that converts electrical energy into mechanical movement. This principle of operation allows the valve to open and close the flow of liquid in the pipeline. The basic components of the valve include the actuator, valve body, ball (ball element), seal system, and control electronics.
Role of Electric Motor and Actuator
The main working principle of the actuator valve is based on the conversion of the energy provided by the electric motor into mechanical movement through the actuator. When the electric motor is started, the rotary motion of the motor is transmitted to the actuator. This movement causes the ball-shaped element inside the valve to rotate. The ball is the key element that controls the opening or closing of the valve.
Operation of Valve Mechanism
The ball element inside the Mini Electric Actuated Valve contains a hole (port) to allow the passage of fluid. When the electric motor drives the actuator, the spherical element rotates around its axis. This rotation ensures that the hole in the spherical element is aligned with the pipeline, thus ensuring fluid flow. When the spherical element rotates 90 degrees, the hole is in a perpendicular position to the pipeline and the liquid flow is interrupted. In this way, the valve performs the function of opening and closing.
Slide Seal Structure and Sealing
Mini Electric Actuated Valve is equipped with a patented sliding seal structure. This seal system prevents liquid leakage by closing the gaps between the ball and valve body when the valve is closed. The gasket made of PTFE (Teflon) material provides excellent sealing even under high temperature and pressure. Additionally, NBR O-rings provide additional sealing at the valve's mounting points.
Automatic and Manual Control
Mini Electric Actuated Valve offers manual operation as well as automatic control. In cases such as a power outage, the valve can be opened and closed with the help of a manual lever. This increases security, especially in critical applications.
