Piston Valve Working Principle
VALFTEK Piston Valve, controls the passage of fluid with a linear moving piston mechanism. The cylindrical piston inside the valve body moves in an up-down direction, making the passage of the fluid either fully open or fully closed. This system offers more stable flow control and lower wear compared to classic flap or ball valves.
The piston works directly with the shaft movement and moves forward without deviating from the center thanks to specially designed guides inside the valve body. Thanks to this structure, the valve;
